James Ackerman, husband and father of 2, tragically lost his life playing the game he loved, rugby league on 22 June 2015.
James Ackerman’s legacy lives on through his family as they bring awareness to organ and tissue donation and player welfare. James was an organ donor and has helped the lives of 46 people.

Michael Dunstan Memorial Day is a yearly golf event created by Paul Dunstan, in memory of his father who was diagnosed with cancer in April 2005 and passed away several months later.
All funds raised are donated to the Cancer Council QLD to continue research in finding a cure for cancer.
